Article 11 (Returns and Exchanges)

1. As products are made to order, returns are not accepted.

2. Exchanges are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, provided that we are contacted within 7 days of receipt.

3. Items must be unused and returned with all accompanying materials.

Article 12 (Accounts)

1. Users may create an account for the Services.

2. Users are responsible for managing their account information and passwords.

3. We shall not be liable for damages arising from unauthorized use of accounts.

Article 13 (Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces)

1. Any matters not stipulated herein shall be resolved through good-faith consultation.

2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
